Spent a great New Year here, enjoyed the fireworks show right from our balcony and had a wonderful time with welcoming staff who made us feel at home. the hotel's location was lovely, on a quiet street but still close to the town center where we found great restaurants and shops. the rooms were really cozy and clean, and the daily supply of complimentary tea and coffee was a nice touch. the free parking was definitely a plus, we had a rental car and parking was hard to come by in the area. we loved staying here and would definitely return!
the staff was helpful and accommodating, the rooms were comfortable and clean, the location was great, and the complimentary tea and coffee were just the cherry on top.

Visiting Ottoman houses and escaping Istanbul and staying in neat, historic, beautiful small city.

Nice looking building and rooms.
Noisy if you are on the plaza side.

The hotel had a decent location and the breakfast was okay. The rooms were clean and the staff was pleasant.
There was a lot of noise coming from the street, and the walls were thin, so I could hear everything that was happening in the next room. The heating system was not working properly, and it was really cold in the room.
